lot of matching american eastlake style interior residential ornamental cast brass "oriental" pattern shutter door hinges designed and fabricated by branford lock works, branford, ct. the group of hinges were salvaged from the david c. cook mansion, located in elgin, il. fully functional with very little, if any, wear to the knuckles. the diminutive butts were mounted on shutters throughout the second floor bedrooms. a metallic bronze enameled finish highlights the casting detail. measure approximately 2 x 1 1/4 inches. priced for the lot.
