original c. 1930's american art deco interior wall mount theater lobby wall sconces likely fabricated by the gill glass & fixture co., philadelphia, pa. the fixtures are comprised of cast aluminum with an older metallic gold enameled finish. the faceted pressed glass amber colored slip shades features lightly embossed floral motifs flanked by sunbursts or radiating spires. each fixture contains a single keyless socket with an on/off dial switch partially concealed by the shade. original rayon cloth cord wiring. the shades contain some chips and "flea bites" from excessive handling over the years. priced for the pair.
