original and intact privy dug late nineteenth century light aqua glass paneled square non-gothic pickle jar manufactured by unknown maker. the relatively tall, square glass jar has a flat, unornamented panel on each side with rounded, arching tops and steep, tapering shoulders that stop at a bulbous ring at the base of the neck. above this neck ring is a short, wide bore with a one part packer finish. strong side seams run from base to finish. measures 9 inches high.
