one of three matching original and intact c. 1930's double-sided flush mount illuminated ruby red glass exit light wall sconces designed and fabricated by or for the kliegl brothers, new york city, ny. the shade itself was likely fabricated by the kopp glass company, pittsburgh, pa. the fixture and/or shade fitter is comprised of steel with a metallic silver paint finish. the set screws designed to secure the shade in place are intact. the double-sided wedge-shaped ruby red glass globe contains the original baked-on black paint lettering. a total of three matching fixtures were salvaged from an office building in downtown st. louis. two are in great shape while the third contains a hole and large chip along the shade's lip. this fixture is free from any damage. priced individually. measures 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 5 1/4 inches.
