single early 20th century original antique american industrial anderson "self-adjusting" articulating table or workbench task lamp designed and fabricated by the localized lighting corp., new york city, ny. the refinished table task lamp features a diminutive green enameled hubbell cold-rolled steel "helmet" reflector or shade with threaded-end opening. the patented "self-adjusting" friction joint discs are in excellent working condition. original yellow brass hubbell key socket has been rewired with period appropriate braided black rayon cloth lamp cord. the cast iron weighted base was salvaged from the boylston steam specialties company in chicago. brushed metal finish protected with a clear coat sealant. shade measures 4 inches in diameter. base measures 30 1/2 inches high when fully extended.
