intact heavy gauge steel mobile factory machine shop cart with the original distressed blue paint finish applied to the exterior. the exact fabricator is not known. the angled storage bin or cart contains three cast iron spoked wheels original to the cart. the metal plate affixed to the backside is stationary. it may have once been used to conceal the interior compartment. the cabinet or mobile factory bin dates to 1910-1920. great overall condition. measures 16 1/4 x 13 x 18 inches.
