original and fully functional antique american industrial c. 1930's depression era heavy gauge riveted joint steel factory machinist stool designed and fabricated by the angled steel stool company, plainwell, mich. the strong and sturdy stool has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the original revolving solid maple wood seat is intact and tightly affixed to the base. the threaded solid steel rod supporting the seat can be rotated one way or the other to achieve the desired height. the circular-shaped solid wood seat has been sanded and sealed. base diameter measures 17 inches, seat height measures 29 inches, seat diameter measures 14 inches.
