very clean and compact lightweight antique american industrial depression era cold-rolled steel multi-drawer cabinet possibly fabricated by the union steel chest corp., le roy, ny. the refinished compartmentalized cabinet originally rested on a workbench or hardware store countertop. the rectangular-shaped chest or storage cabinet contains multiple drawers of various size and/or configuration. the original knob pulls are tightly affixed to each of the sliding drawers. the brushed and sanded metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition. measures 26 x 14 1/4 x 16 inches.
