original and completely intact vintage american industrial fully adjustable triple-jointed machinist task lamp fabricated by the adjustable fixture co., milwaukee, wi. the versatile articulating arm table or bench lamp retains the original patented "adjusco-loc" socket protector attached to a yellow brass shell socket with paddle switch. the jointed arm is comprised largely of tubular steel with a uniform brushed metal finish. the friction joints are all original and in working condition. the cast iron base plate or flange contains four pre-drilled holes for mounting against the wall, ceiling or benchtop. the parabola-shaped rolled rim wrought steel reflector retains the original green enameled finish. the fixture has been rewired with period appropriate braided black cloth lamp cord.
