exceptional c. 1930's original antique american art deco style depression era streamlined style "poultry" sign designed and fabricated by the veribrite sign company, chicago, ills the vitreous cobalt and white enameled heavy gauge steel sign was originally used in the meat department of an old red owl grocery store. the porcelain enameled finish remains in great overall condition. very unique and distinctive depression era grocery market sign. the sign measures 39 x 20 inches.
