19th century antique american dome-shaped banded rim eastlake style interior residential passage size doorknob likely fabricated by sargent, or possibly p. & f. corbin. the cast brass doorknob is replete with floral motifs and overlapping geometric forms and/or shapes. the passage door handle retains the original baked black enameled inlay used to accentuate the casting detail. great overall condition. measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
