two matching c. 1920's antique american art deco style frosted peach colored art glass slip shades. likely fabricated by the consolidated lamp & glass company for lightolier. the shell-shaped ceiling fixture shades are replete with detailed floral arrangements. expected wear or loss of baked enamel finish evident. minor discoloration. the consolidated lamp and glass company was formed from the merger of fostoria shade and lamp company with wallace and mcaffee in 1893. originally established in fostoria, oh, the company moved operations to coraopolis, pa. when their facilities burned to the ground. the company primarily manufactured lamps, globes and shades well into the 20th century. priced for the pair.
