custom-built original and intact c. 1930's american machine shop mobile work stand or table base likely fabricated by an in-house shop worker. the four-legged mobile work stand retains the original fully functional bassick casters. the threaded end pipe and steel fittings have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the mobile table base is structurally sound and solid. great overall condition.
