refinished antique american industrial c.1930's stationary drop-down six seat factory table salvaged from the lunch hall of an old chicago area gear and sprocket factory. the exact fabricator is not known. the highly unique and minimalist table is comprised largely of heavy gauge welded joint tubular steel with a brushed metal finish. the newly added tabletop consists of thick recycled old growth douglas fir wood boards or planks fastened tightly to the angled steel stretchers. three matching drop-drown stool seats are mounted on each side of the factory table. the spacious circular-shaped stool seats are comprised of solid maple wood. the stools and adjoining brackets are positioned at an inward angle when not in use. the seats and tabletop have been varnished and sealed.the industrial table is fully functional, structurally sound and stable. the industrial table is available with seats and top, or in different configurations involving a wide variety of wood types, finishes, etc. measures 73 x 22 1/2 x 31 inches.
