matching set of original finely turned and tapered varnished oak wood interior residential room divider columns designed and fabricated by the plastic relief mfg. co., chicago. il. each structurally sound lock stave joint column retains the original stained finish with expected surface wear. the fanciful ionic style four-sided capitals are comprised of a wood core with largely intact composite ornament in the form of volutes, anthemions, etc. the colonnade or room divider columns were salvaged from a chicago graystone residence built around 1893-95. measure approximately 8 x 78 1/2 inches. priced for the pair.
