completely intact rare brightly colored emerald green colored tuthill baldwin & company c. 1850's new york city privy dug iron-pontiled mineral or soda water bottle possibly fabricated by a pittsburgh glasshouse. the applied blobtop collar or lip remains in great overall condition, considering age. the bottle exhibits typical crudities including whittling on lip and neck, along with seeds or bubbles within the body. the manufacturer's name and address "112 warren st. ny" is deeply embossed inside a debossed "slug" plate. the privy dug bottle features an intact base with a deep domed kick-up and large amounts of iron residue in and around the pontiled scar.
