oversized antique american medical three-legged heavy cast iron interior hospital operating room "aseptic" double basin stand manufactured by the columbus aseptic furniture co., columbus, oh. the weighted michael reese hospital stand with cabriole style cast iron base contains three functional steel swivel casters. the double basin holder with towel bars (positioned between the circular openings) lifts off the stand for easy transport. dates to 1911. the mobile basin stand contains a brushed metal finish sealed with a clear coat lacquer. excellent condition considering age. measures 32 x 32 inches. the white porcelain enameled steel bowls are original and in great condition. makes for an ideal occasional table for keys, change, etc.
