unique and seldom found intact c. 1920's american antique medical hospital operating room mobile work station or surgical instrument tray stand designed and fabricated by the columbus aseptic furniture co., columbus, oh. the refinished mobile stand contains two nearly identical pressed and folded heavy gauge steel instrument trays that can be removed for frequent cleaning. the original white porcelain enameled finish remains largely intact on both detachable trays. the tubular steel frame is welded firmly together for added support and stability. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the bassick caster or swivel wheels are comprised of hardened black rubber. great overall condition. measures 21 x 15 x 35 inches.
