single original and intact pair of 1880's mouth-blown vibrant green glass food jar. a slim four-sided caper glass with beveled corners features a slightly recessed panels and a wide cylindrical bore finished with a smooth sheared lip. surface wear and irridization are typical of having been dug. crudities like asymmetry, whittling, and bubbles are typical of its age and date of manufacture. this glass has been lightly cleaned (not tumbled), and appears vibrant and with little haze or discoloration.
