very unusual custom-built c. 1930's antique american industrial mobile utility cart salvaged from a chicago tool & die machine shop. the heavy duty workstation is comprised of an odd assemblage of all-welded heavy gauge steel plates, angled iron and hooks. the flat steel deck or platform contains a double-sided rail guard. the sides are reinforced with extensive cross-bracing with a rectangular-shaped plate welded tightly against the intersecting stretchers. the industrial cart contains sporadically placed hooks and brackets, along with a protruding flat bar handle. measures approximately 24 x 24 x 38 inches. exterior brushed steel finish sealed with a clear coat lacquer.
