original late 19th century antique american oversized exterior residential pivoting fence gate intact flush mount bracket. the outdoor gate is attributed to the woodbridge ornamental iron company, chicago, il. comprised largely of ornamental wrought iron with a naturally worn and weathered surface patina (left untouched). the gate is assembled in a typical grid pattern with riveted joint scrollwork and cast iron finial accent. remains structurally sound and stable, with surface wear consistent with age. measures 60 x 48 inches.
