vintage american industrial age spoked spoked pulley or wheel likely fabricated by the american pulley co., philadelphia, pa. the hefty iron wheel is supported on a freestanding custom-built block or base comprised of maple wood. the pulley wheel was likely used with an industrial lathe turned with flat drive leather belts. the radial spokes are original and intact. salvaged from an old chicago gear and sprocket factory. measures 16 inches in height.
