unique custom-built structurally sound and reinforced american industrial machine shop work station or stand salvaged from an old chicago window sash factory undergoing demolition. the mobile side table contains repurposed 19th century cast iron wood molding or shaper machine legs or bases fabricated by the w.a. jones foundry & mach co., chicago, il. the multi-purpose table contains a thick steel deck with shop wear and tear from years of use. the stands or bases are affixed to steel plates containing bassick swivel casters. the assembled workbench has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the casters and steel plates affixed to the antique industrial legs can be removed if need be. measures 30 x 18 x 35 inches
