late 1930's or early 1940's original and intact chicago athletic association building annex framed informational plaque. exact fabricator not known. the flush mount guest room door plaque is comprised of a mitered joint varnished wood frame with clear plate glass. the printed notice contains several rules and regulations pertaining to member conduct, access to services, etc. the plaques were mounted on each of the guest room doors located on the upper floors of the annex. a limited number of these were discovered in the building's basement (they were likely removed in the 1950's and placed in storage). we have about ten matching plaques available. condition varies slightly from one to the next. priced individually. each one measures approximately 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches.
