c. 1920's fully adjustable original antique american industrial four-legged stool designed and fabricated by the angle steel stool company, plainwell, mich. the factory machinist stool contains detachable leg extensions with several closely-spaced pre-drilled holes for achieving the desired height. the stool base is comprised of heavy gauge steel that has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the inward turned ball feet provide added support and stability. the original solid oak wood seat is tightly affixed to the base. great overall condition. seat diameter measures 14 inches, base of legs measures 10 x 10 inches and the height 28 inches
