original c. 1930's american depression era adjustable height factory machine shop stationary four-legged stool with welded joint heel or footrest. the antique industrial swivel stool contains an angled steel frame reinforced with riveted joint stretchers or cross-bars. the inward turned ball feel provide added stability. the solid maple wood saddle seat has been sanded and sealed. the frame and adjustable pressed and folded steel backrest were brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition.
