intact and original nicely distressed antique american industrial red painted lake mooring buoy comprised of folded and pressed galvanized steel with brazed seams. the oversized buoy features distinctive riveted joints for added reinforcement. the buoy was a fixture of lake michigan prior to its rescue from the scrapyard. the top and bottom are outfitted with handle and eyelet respectively. measures 28 x 16 1/2 inches.
