oversized c. 1940's american folk art outdoor roadside directional arrow salvaged from a southern michigan drive-in movie theater. the primitive arrow is comprised largely of wood (core) wrapped and stapled in a light gauge sheet metal. the doubled-sided arrowhead and and fletchings are in good shape, considering age. nicely weathered surface patina throughout. unidentified maker. two matching arrows available. measures 51 x 13 x 3 inches.
