incredible all original early 1930's american depression era art deco machine age style freestanding department store single-pole clothing display rack designed and fabricated by or for the korrect-way div., st. louis, mo. the completely intact streamlined garment rack features a weighted two-tiered cast iron base accentuated with two cast bronze "speed" rings. the central threaded end steel pole supports a horizontal cross-bar containing a plurality of oversized cast iron ball finials. the department store stand has been brushed down to bare metal and treated with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition. great distinctive art deco style. measures 32 x 17 x 68 inches
